Big Walk 100% Completion — Big Game Route

A full-spoiler completion ledger separating 30 progression rewards from the final 15, with recovery checks for a missing Big Game unlock.

Table of contents

This is the full Big Game route. It reveals what happens after the normal ending, where the last reward set goes, how to make the white key, and what is under the split black sphere. Finish Big Goodbye first if your group wants to discover that ending without spoilers.

Big Game is a world-completion objective. It does not unlock merely because one player has the other 11 Steam achievements. The host world must finish the reward ledger below and then complete the secret theatre sequence.

The complete reward ledger

Use these totals to find the stage that is actually incomplete:

Reward set Used at Count Running total
Opening challenges Beach Crosswalk panel 4 4
Red Tower challenges Red Tower panel 5 9
Blue Tower challenges Blue Tower panel 5 14
Green Tower challenges Green Tower panel 5 19
Yellow Tower challenges Yellow Tower panel 5 24
Black Obelisk challenges Black Obelisk panel 6 30
Remaining red challenges Green collection building 8 38
Purple post-ending challenges Green collection building 7 45

The first 30 rewards make progression keys. The final 15 are a separate collection: 8 red + 7 purple. If a coloured tower or the Black Obelisk is still short, do not count that missing piece as one of the final 15.

1. Find the green collection building

The final collection is in the green building near the tutorial and Map Room area. Its large display has 15 return positions and separate red and purple reward spaces. Treat that display as the authoritative checklist for the host world.

You can deposit unused red rewards there before the ending. This is safer than carrying them between sessions and makes the remaining red count visible. Do not put an extra red reward into a coloured tower unless that tower still needs one for its key.

2. Finish the eight extra red rewards

After all six key panels have consumed their 30 rewards, the ordinary island challenges that remain supply eight more red rewards. Clean them up before or after the normal ending.

Work by region instead of wandering:

  1. compare the Crosswalk, Red, Blue, Green, and Yellow route pages with the challenges already completed in this host world;
  2. use the portable map and coordinate grid to travel to an unfinished marker;
  3. complete one challenge and confirm that its red reward appears;
  4. carry that reward directly to the green collection building;
  5. recount the red display before leaving for the next marker.

World-size variants can change the exact inputs inside a challenge, but they do not change the eight-red cleanup total. If the red side stops at seven, revisit visible unfinished island challenges rather than repeating a tower whose panel is already full.

3. Complete the normal ending

The purple cleanup set is post-ending content. Open the Black Obelisk with six rewards, shape its key, pass the far-west wall, clear the giant sphere, and use the final white exit. That unlocks Big Goodbye and returns the group to the title screen.

Reload the same host save. The host owns world progress; starting under another player will show that player's world instead of the completed ledger.

4. Reach the purple challenge area

After the normal ending, the seven purple rewards appear on the map. Travel to the far-east chairlift station and use the purple door there to enter the post-ending challenge area.

Count a purple challenge only when its reward is visibly released and then returned to the green collection building. The confirmed route, entry point, and seven-reward total are reliable; a complete launch-day set of repeatable 2-, 3-, and 4+-player answers is not yet available. Follow the room's own symbols and success feedback instead of copying an answer from a different world size.

For each room, use the same controlled loop:

  1. one player reads the reference or success state;
  2. the others name their objects or controls in a fixed order;
  3. change one input at a time;
  4. wait for the room response before continuing;
  5. undo only the last uncertain input after a failure.

Return each purple reward rather than carrying several at once. The purple side of the 15-position display should reach 7/7.

5. Take the white key

When the green collection reaches 8 red + 7 purple, it produces a pale, stacked white key. Pause before leaving:

  • confirm all 15 display positions are complete;
  • nominate one carrier and one route caller;
  • keep the key in view while travelling;
  • return toward the tutorial rather than a coloured tower.

Near the starting area, the small black sphere is now split into two halves. Insert the white key there. A stairway opens below it.

6. Complete the secret theatre

Descend together. The theatre is a cooperative epilogue rather than another tower panel:

  1. take the indicated seats and listen;
  2. pass the card when the sequence asks for it;
  3. let each player complete the shared-memory interaction;
  4. wait for the curtain to open;
  5. follow the final object and button interaction;
  6. continue into the white-space farewell.

Finish the sequence instead of quitting when the curtain first moves. Big Game unlocks at the end of this full-completion route.

If Big Game does not unlock

Check state in this order:

  1. Wrong host: reload under the player whose world has the completed tower panels and normal ending.
  2. Progression not complete: verify 4 opening + 5 Red + 5 Blue + 5 Green + 5 Yellow + 6 Black, for 30 spent rewards.
  3. Final ledger short: read the green display separately as 8 red and 7 purple; do not combine it with the 30 progression rewards.
  4. Ending state missing: confirm the host has passed the final turnstile and white exit and can see purple rewards on the map.
  5. Theatre unfinished: return through the split sphere and complete the interaction through the final farewell.
  6. Only one account is missing it: repeat the theatre with that player present and interacting. Per-account non-host grant timing is not reliable enough to promise that the host's unlock automatically covers everyone.

Do not erase or replace the host save while diagnosing a missing personal unlock. The 45-reward world state is the expensive part to preserve.
